The Kismit Villas
The Kismit Villas will be a set of 8 self contained luxury cabins on the south eastern coast of Dubai.
Each cabin will have its own living room, full kitchen, dining area, king size room and two double bedrooms.
Kismit Villas are designed to bring the best of traditional and contemporary styles to life. The cabins will be furnished with hand painted traditional bricks with a modern twist. Each design will be unique to each location.
Every building will be crafted out of the finest materials.
The simple style of the cabins will mix with beautifully handcrafted ornaments for the perfect family getaway.
The exterior of the cabins will all be handcrafted with a Moroccan inspired hue, echoing the strong geometric design of the theme.
In addition to the opulence of the inside, each cabin will be furnished with a rustic, all wood lobby in the style of the Old World.
The property is currently in the planning stage and we are anticipating to be granted planning in 2022.
The Sky Living Tower
The Sky Living Tower in Abu Dhabi is one of our premier developments, consisting of 20 3-4 bed luxury apartments just a few minutes from the center of town. A prime location to enjoy the Marina. Each unit comes with a parking space, a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom and a bedroom.
The sky apartment’s front garden will provide a private gathering space to enjoy the fresh air, or it’s perfect to plan outdoor events and BBQs at the communal garden.
The construction began in September 2021 and is expected to be completed by December 2022.
The RAS Tower
The RAS Tower is one of our smaller developments, with a set of 5 self contained apartments to be built in the center of Dubai.
The apartments themselves are also incredibly spacious, with beautiful finishes throughout. They are presented with a kitchen, living and dining area, bathroom and storage to one side and a single bedroom to the other.
From here, if you go upstairs, you have the open plan bedroom, which faces the stunning sea views, the main living area, and a double deck terrace with a seating area at the top.
Each apartment is furnished with a large balcony, and some balconies overlook the two fountains outside.
